St Elmo's Fire

This weeks challenge at Beading Forum   was St Elmo's Fire.  I made a pair of earrings.  I made the cabachons by playing with some purple alfoil and alcohol inks. It is hard to capture the colour properly, but they are fairly purple in colour, with a silvery-blue sheen. I played with a few different ink colours to get a finish I was happy with for this challenge, but some of the other attempts may end up getting used in other projects.
